Cultivating & relaxing into the qualities of self love nourishes healthy relationships in all aspects of life. 

Loving the self helps us to harness the energy that gets leaked through self criticism for example and supports us to bring more of ourselves forward towards truly caring and accepting ALL the facets of who we are, even the parts we are uncomfortable with. Self love is the foundational fuel for healthy functioning with partners, children, career, creativity, home, money, community and life purpose. 

Five Ways to Cultivate Self Love:
1.  Embrace extra rest with a good book, a loved one, or the spaciousness of silence.
2. Move on motivation for enjoyable exercise inside or with the medicine of nature. Let yourself be loved by nature.
3. Create your own spa experience in your bathtub with a candle, essential oils, epsom       salts, quiet music or favourite book.
4. Give yourself a massage with nourishing organic oils before having a shower or bath.     This supports body awareness, self care and overall vitality.
5. Dance your heart out.

How would you cultivate and nourish the love that is within you? Whatever that is, make time for you. You are worth it. 
Love is what we are made of, relax into it. It's our true nature.
